I just read an article on WikiHow and I think this will be really useful but a little hard to acheive. Weight problem can be a problem for many boxers and they have a really hard time to control their weight just like regular person eventhough they work out a lot more than some people.
This guide below from WikiHow is really basic idea that you can do. But it is just as hard as other weight control programs, i mean in the healthy ways.

If you want to be a great boxer but do not want to lift weights… read on.
Steps
- Do 10 minutes of upper and lower body stretching.
- Do 10 minutes of skipping rope(not easy).
- Do 20 minutes of sparring.
- Do 30 minutes of punching the heavy bag.
- Do a 30 minute run.
- Do possibly a 30 minute swim.
- Try sit-ups.
- Do press-ups
- Do 10 minutes of skipping rope.
- Do 10 Minutes of stretching.
- Try to get it done everyday.
- Read the Tips to learn basically about the diet.
Tips
- Altogether it takes about 3 Hours
- Drink at least 2 liters of water a day
- Don’t take any sugar – one teaspoonful stops your growth hormone for 24 hours.
- Eat porridge (oatmeal) for breakfast.
- Avoid chips, sweets, crisps and anything you know is bad.
- Eat pistachio nuts instead of snacks.
- Also try fruit and vegetables (they give you lots of energy). Salad is also good.
Warnings
- Don’t over-train.
- If injuries occur, contact a doctor.
