1. Paypal

Paypal is very simple, fast and secure for transfer money. No need to give your credit card number direct to us. After Register an account with Paypal, You are able to pay fromyour Paypal's balance, Credit card, Debit card and your Bank account (Transfer money to Paypal first.)

In this method, we will redirect you to complete payment through Paypal's website. We haven't require any of your financial information at our website and We haven't policy to collect any of your finanacial information for security proposes..

Please Note :
- WE NOT ACCEPT any Cheque, Cash and C.O.D.
- Incompleted payment transaction (No confirmation e-mail about your payment from Paypal or 2checkout.com) will automatic cancelled.

Delivery Policy

We usually ship in stock products within 24-72 hours in Business Days (Monday-Friday) direct from our office in Thailand via International Registered Air Mail after payment clearance. (We show in stock status in description.)

Delivery period

DHL Global Mail 7-15 Business Days.
Express Mail Service 3-7 Business Days.

In some countries, process at customs usally take long time such countries like Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Spain, Maxico Brazil or no direct flight from Thailand especially some Island's contries please allow up to 15-25 business days.

Stocking Policy

We stock MOST gears. (Not possible stock all gear, it's impossible! If you see some website didn't tell they stock, it's made to order.) We always write stock's status in product's description. However, we can't update real time (We update every few days.), some items may temporary out of stock in sometimes.

For any urgently case, please contact us before shopping through online support or contact form for update lastest in stock status.

Delay of delivery

For order hasn't arrived within 3 weeks after shipping's confirmation sent. From our experience, Most of shipment was delivered on time but no one received atthat time. Postman will leave a notice for you to claim itby yourself at post office. (They will not deliver again.) Post office always waiting the claims for 7-14 days. Please contact your post office ASAP before parcels was returned to us. If tracking number requested request, please contact us.

Unclaim/Refused Shipment

There will be a charge for all refused /unclaimed shipments.

Taxes Policy

We pay every export taxes if requested. Buyer have responsibility to pay duty at local customs or post office if requested. It's up to values of your items and customs policy. (It's requested in sometime.)

Exchanges

You can return unworn, unused items within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice (receipt) for an exchange. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please note the reason(s) for the exchange in paper. Enclose your paper with the item and ship to our address. Shipping fee charges will be applied to any exchange and must be paid in full before exchanged merchandise is shipped.

Non-received/Received Wrong Item

If your order was incomplete or if you received something that you did not order, please contact us immediately. We will need to know what item(s) you received in error, if any, and what item(s) were missing from your order. We will make all necessary arrangements to correct your order.
