Payment Policy

1. Paypal

Paypal is very simple, fast and secure for transfer money. No need to give your credit card number direct to us. After Register an account with Paypal, You are able to pay fromyour Paypal's balance, Credit card, Debit card and your Bank account (Transfer money to Paypal first.)

In this method, we will redirect you to complete payment through Paypal's website. We haven't require any of your financial information at our website and We haven't policy to collect any of your finanacial information for security proposes..

Please Note :
- WE NOT ACCEPT any Cheque, Cash and C.O.D.
- Incompleted payment transaction (No confirmation e-mail about your payment from Paypal or 2checkout.com) will automatic cancelled.


 

DELIVERY AND RETURN

DELIVERY POLICY
We ship "in stock" items within 24-72 business hours directly from Thailand via International Registered Airmail after payment clearance. (Please see stock status on each product page. During high season, the status might not be accurate. If urgent, the customer can contact us to ask the stock status before buying.)
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We only use shipping address that you provide on our website, not on payment gateway website or PayPal. You will receive a confirmation email after making an order with us. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct.
DELIVERY TIME
After shipment, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. The delivery time from Thailand is about 10-14 business days (Approximately 2-3 weeks).
For some countries, the delivery time can be longer due to the Customs service of each country.
TRACK AND TRACE
In our shipping confirmation email, you will receive a link to see the tracking informaiton. Or, if you need our help, please send us an email. We will assist you very shortly.
UNCLAIMED/INCORRECT/INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS
To replace a new shipment for Unclaimed or Incorrect/Insufficient address, we will need to charge new shipping fee.
CUSTOMS FEE/TAX
Customers will be responsible for the customs fee or tax. We do not include the fee in our price.

RETURN POLICY
Exchange / Refund

We accept products if new in its original packaging with label to exchange to new size, style or color or refund within 30 days after the date that products arrived at the delivery address. To exchange, the buyer is responsible for shipping the returns back to us and for shipping of new products.
For a refund, the buyer pays the shipping fee of return and as soon as the products arrive in our office, the value of the product will be refunded. Shipping costs can not be refunded. If you need more information, please contact us.
Damage
All damages such as damage caused by the factory or company, transportation or damage after the first use. Please email us to make a claim within 30 days after receiving the product. Customers will be requested to take a few photos of the damages and asked a few questions during the claim. After the claim, new product will be replaced for you without any cost.

Please note that customized products such as special size or personalized items cannot be accept for return to exchange or refund.
